 Draw this grid on a piece of paper on your desk. Every time you are about to do a task put your pen on the appropriate box. If the task is in the "Not important" column - don't do it ! This will give you more time to do important things. Eventually you will spend most of your time in "Important/Not Urgent" and your stress levels will decrease.
