- From these three weaknesses work out the corresponding strengths – there may be a number for each.
- Identify the three major strengths.
- From each strength identify corresponding weaknesses.
- From each of these new weaknesses identify corresponding strengths.
- Does this change your thinking about the situation or yourself?
- Schedule a date when you will come back and do this again.
