  • Write down a list of the things that you do in a week which you consider to be chores. These can be big things or little things.
  • Choose one of them.
  • Do you really need to do it?
  • If the answer is "no" then stop doing it!
  • If the answer is "yes" , think carefully about why you do want to do it? It is your choice, so if you are going to do it, how can you enjoy doing it.
  • How do you feel the next time you do this task?
