A strategic plan defines an organisation's reason for being, creates a process for improvement, sets measurable objectives and is instrumental in ensuring that structured growth or improvement is achieved. The strategic plan should focus everyone's mind on the direction of the organisation and address both the strong and weak areas as highlighted by the Innovation Assessment. It is important to include the organisation's vision and communicate this effectively throughout the organisation. Through a partnership approach we work closely with each client to create a dynamic and flexible plan. The plan is designed to capture ideas and empower individuals and teams so that they can insure that the ideas become reality. The success of the strategic plan is monitored annually through the Innovation Assessment Process.
